The Challenges

When we began the design and development for PINPoint, our team had to get closely acquainted with Bandhan’s specifications – to deliver a platform that was actually competent.

High Personalization

The platform in question had to be highly personalized to the banking industries. All features had to reflect real-world banking workflows, security measures, and Bandhan’s customization requirements.

Legacy Processes

Transitioning from Bandhan’s policy management setup – spreadsheets and emails – to a modern platform, had to be done without disruption. The new solution had to be more intuitive and accessible.

User Adoption

A challenge faced by our design team was to ideate an interface easy enough for non-technical staff to embrace.

Compliance Readiness

Bandhan’s internal processes had to meet the compliance requirements of RBI IT< GDPR, and ISO standards. To support this, every action within the platform had to be logged and traced.

We followed a modular SDLC model. Agile sprints were used to build and test core modules.

Zethic worked closely with Bandhan Bank’s compliance, IT, and operations teams to map out the entire policy lifecycle. We identified bottlenecks in the existing spreadsheet-driven workflow.
