01 Problem

To overcome the lack of dynamism in the traditional hospitality sector, there was a pressing need to provide contactless, engaging, and cost-effective solutions for guests. To provide comprehensive solutions for the hospitality sector, it was necessary to address technology, support, and personalised responsive services.

SABA Hospitality wanted to challenge many traditional hospitality user experiences, like paper-based ledgers, processing manual orders from guests, room and suite maintenance, ordering additional services, in-room services, and limited booking/checking options to provide an exceptional end-user experience in over 30 countries globally.

02 Approach

Digitizing the guest experience and offering dynamic features is essential to address traditional hospitality challenges and deliver premium service and an immersive guest experience.

The absence of technology leaves hospitality unable to provide personalized and responsive services, restricting their ability to compete effectively. Our agile methodology can help simplify many mundane user requests and provide personalized interaction, allowing us to respond swiftly to evolving industry trends and guest preferences.

We added many useful features to the client site, including Chatbot / Automated Messaging, provided a digital compendium for the company, and an online check-in & check-out option where customers can access their rooms/suites easily, introduced keyless access to the room with a mobile key, and a seamless guest room management.

03 Solution

We integrated technology, IoT-connected devices, and innovative solutions to provide a contactless and immersive guest experience for SABA. Our experienced team of professionals provided new features and improvements to their app and website while ensuring uninterrupted service based on real-time feedback which was used to refine solutions.

The team added new functionalities and IoT-enabled devices to SABA, including digital compendiums, mobile ordering, room management, mobile keys, online check-in/out, and AI chatbot technology. This improved guest experience and personalized interaction between guests and hospitality businesses. SABA optimizes and automates processes efficiently.
