The Requirements: What the Platform Had to Deliver
At the time, Bandhan had a non-standardized, fragmented approach to keeping all its IT changes in track. Bank employees were using spreadsheets and email chains, losing out on communication efficiency, facing communication gaps and operational delays.

Banks and financial institutions are under immense regulatory scrutiny. The platform we designed had to comply with the compliance requirements of RBI IT, GDPR, and ISO. We approach this by pitching audit logging, version control, and reporting tools.
