What it is
A core banking system posts entries. It does not manage the limit override, the KYC deviation or the reconciliation break that nobody owns.
The portal gives that work a system of record: a defined form, a named approver, execution against the core, and an immutable record of who approved what.

Suspense entries, nostro and inter-branch breaks, failed batch items and KYC deviations land in ageing queues with a named owner and a structured reason code.
Opening checks, cash and vault movements, day-end verification and handover notes, each item signed by a named user with a timestamp.

TLS 1.3 on every connection and AES-256 at rest, including uploaded documents and backups, with rotating keys and per-tenant separation.
Every case, approval, override, configuration change and login is logged with actor, timestamp, source IP and before-and-after values, and cannot be edited by any role.
Granular roles map to your operating structure, a maker cannot approve their own case, and privilege changes require dual authorisation.

Book a demoNo, and it is designed not to. The portal is an operations and workflow layer above the core. It never becomes the book of record for balances or postings - it manages the request, the approval and the evidence, then executes the approved action against your core.
Three ways, in order of preference: direct API or web-service calls, integration at your middleware or ESB layer, or scheduled structured files with reconciliation on both sides. We scope which applies during a technical discovery session.
You choose: on premise, in your own private cloud tenancy, or in a regional cloud region you nominate so data stays in your jurisdiction. The deployment is yours, encrypted with keys you control, and Zethic holds no copy of production data.
Every case creation, field change, document upload, approval, rejection, override, escalation, configuration change and login attempt, each with actor, timestamp, source IP and before-and-after values. The log is append-only and cannot be edited or deleted by any role, including a system administrator.
This product is early. We are working with a small number of design partners rather than claiming a customer list we do not have. What we can show you is the working software, the security architecture and the integration approach - and we would rather earn the deal on a scoped pilot.
