What it is

The dispatch layer between your storefront and your riders

The platform runs everything after checkout: which store fulfils the order, which rider carries it, what the customer is promised, and what that promise costs you.

Riders get one task at a time, dispatch gets a live board of every order and store, and pickers reserve stock the moment an order is accepted.

  • Sub-second assignment
  • Batching by route density
  • Live ETA to the customer
  • One board for the whole city

Capabilities

Everything between checkout and the doorstep

Order orchestration, dispatch, the rider app, dark-store inventory and analytics, all on one data model.

Order orchestration

Orders from your app, web checkout and marketplace channels land in one queue and route to the store that can actually fulfil them.

Why teams switch

Dispatch that runs without a dispatcher

What changes when assignment stops depending on who is watching the group chat.

Keep your storefront

It takes over dispatch and fulfilment only, leaving your app, POS and payment rails alone.

A zone live in a day

A new dark store goes live as a geofence, a stock feed and a roster.

Riders never see numbers

Customer calls route through a masked proxy that expires the moment the trip closes.

Prove it before cutover

Run the engine in shadow beside your existing dispatch desk on a single zone first.

How it's different

A WhatsApp group is not a dispatch system

Every row below is a place a manual dispatch desk starts costing you money.

Manual dispatch today

A WhatsApp group, a spreadsheet, and a dispatcher who never gets a break.

  • A dispatcher picks a rider from memory of who is free
  • Batching happens only when a rider spots two nearby drops
  • ETA is a number the support agent invents
  • Stock is a spreadsheet updated at end of shift
  • Cost per drop is reconstructed at month end

Quick Commerce Delivery Platform

One dispatch engine, one live board, one rider app across every zone.

  • Every rider scored on distance, load and promise clock
  • Orders batched automatically by route density inside the promise window
  • ETA computed from live prep time, rider position and zone travel data
  • Per-store stock soft-reserved at acceptance, with in-flow substitutions
  • Cost per drop and dwell time live by store, zone and hour

How it works

From checkout to proof of delivery

  1. 01 Instant

Order lands and a store is chosen

The platform checks serviceability geofences and live stock, picks the store that can fulfil the order, and starts the promise clock.

    Serviceability checkStock reservationPromise clock
  2. 02 < 1 sec

    The engine assigns a rider

Riders are scored on distance, current basket, direction of travel and time left on the promise.

  3. 03 Live

    Pick, collect and ride

Pickers work an aisle-sequenced list while the rider navigates in.

  4. 04 At the door

    Deliver, prove it, settle

The rider captures OTP or photo proof with location and timestamp, collects cash or confirms a digital payment, and the trip closes into the payout ledger.

See it before you commit

The whole loop runs without a dispatcher touching it. Your team steps in only for the exceptions the board raises.

Use cases

Where the platform earns its keep

01 Dark store grocery

The 7pm peak in a dense zone

Four hundred orders land in ninety minutes against thirty riders.

More drops per rider hour at peak

02 Cloud kitchen

A kitchen running twelve minutes late

The platform sees dwell building, holds assignment so no rider is parked outside burning time, and pushes an updated ETA to the customer.

Rider idle time avoided, customer told first

03 Pharmacy

An urgent prescription with a stock shortfall

The picker finds one item short, the substitution flow offers an approved equivalent in-app, and the order continues instead of being cancelled.

Order saved instead of refunded

04 Multi-zone rollout

Opening a second city on a Monday

A new dark store goes live as a geofence, a stock feed and a roster, under the same dispatch rules, driver app and reporting.

A zone live in a day

Integrations

It sits beside the systems you already run

Most rollouts keep the existing storefront, POS and payment rails and hand over only dispatch and fulfilment.

Security & compliance

Built to pass your security review

A delivery platform holds customer addresses, phone numbers and rider location history.

Encryption everywhere

AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, with proof-of-delivery photos served through short-lived signed URLs.

Customer contact masking

Riders never see a raw customer number. Calls route through a masked proxy that expires when the trip closes.

Role-based access control

Dispatchers, store managers, finance and support are scoped to their own zones, and every PII access is logged.

Data residency you choose

Deploy into your own cloud account or a regional tenancy so customer and rider data stays in your jurisdiction.

  • ISO 27001 controls
  • AES-256 / TLS 1.3
  • GDPR-aligned data handling
  • SOC 2 Type II In progress
  • PCI DSS via payment partners

Pilot on one zone first

Start with a single zone on a fixed-scope pilot and prove the batching numbers on your own orders.

Deploy where you want it

Frequently asked

Answers to your questions

Still unsure? Send us the question you actually need answered and a senior engineer will reply.

Book a demo
How fast does the platform assign an order to a rider?

In under a second. Every available rider is scored on distance to pickup, current basket, direction of travel, vehicle type and time left on the promise clock, and assignments re-sequence continuously when a rider or a store falls behind.

Can we keep our existing app and storefront?

Yes, and most rollouts do. The platform is API-first and takes over only dispatch and fulfilment, pushing status, live rider position and proof of delivery back to your app over webhooks.

How does order batching work without breaking the delivery promise?

Batching is constrained by the promise clock, not just proximity: two orders are only batched when the combined route still delivers both inside their windows. If a batch would put either at risk, the engine splits it.

What happens when an item is out of stock at picking?

Stock is soft-reserved at acceptance, which prevents most shortfalls. When one happens, the picker triggers the substitution flow and the customer accepts, swaps or drops the line in-app; only a decline refunds it.

How long does a pilot take to go live?

A single-zone pilot typically goes live in weeks: geofences and store setup, the order integration, rider onboarding. A shadow period lets the engine assign alongside your existing desk before cutover.
