Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern who is interested in understanding business requirements, working with B2B clients, and translating business needs into clear requirements for development teams.
The intern will work closely with Sales, Project Managers, and Engineering teams and gain hands-on exposure to the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in understanding client business goals, requirements, and challenges.
Support Business Analysts in gathering and documenting requirements.
Prepare basic user stories, workflows, BRDs/FRDs, and process documentation under guidance.
Help translate business requirements into clear specifications for design and development teams.
Assist with requirement clarification and follow-ups during the development process.
Participate in requirement discussions, client calls, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions.
Coordinate with internal teams to track requirements and project deliverables.
Review deliverables against documented requirements and identify gaps.
Conduct basic research and analysis to support business and project decisions.
Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
Strong interest in Business Analysis, Product, Technology, or Consulting.
Basic understanding of business processes and software development.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
Ability to create clear documentation and process flows.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have:
Basic understanding of APIs and software integrations.
Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools for research, documentation, and analysis.
Any academic, personal, or internship project involving business analysis, product management, or technology.
